Back in the early 80īs heavy metal and the 70īs hardrock ruled my world. Punk had also begun making a great deal of impact on my life. Then this song Kids in America popped up from out of nowhere. Even though it was a danceable and a bit discoish song it had this punk approach and a lot of attitude, not that far from what Blondie did back in the 70īs. Then who the hell was this artist? Yep, you know the answer! Kim Wilde! She wasnīt only the most beautiful woman Iīd ever seen. She also had a bunch of really cool songs! I still love Kimsīs first two albums! And back then, as well as now, especially one song; Cambodia! That feeling, that melody, that voice! Brilliant if you ask me! Therefore the choice wasnīt that hard when it came to picking a song to cover. Kim Wilde vs Hearse! Here we go! Max, Hearse |
